  • Same day dispatch on orders before 12PM (AEST) (Business days)
  • All orders are provided with a tracking number. Please check your email is entered correctly at checkout.
  • We thank you for your patience but please delay enquiries related to late postage as this is out of our control. Keep an eye on your provided tracking number and request support directly from the carrier.

For Australia:

  • DiggerLid use Australia Post, TNT & StarTrack at their discretion
  • Orders below $249 are calculated by live shipping rates based on weight at checkout.
  • EXPRESS shipping is available at checkout and calculated by live shipping rates based on weight.
  • Orders over $249 are awarded the option of FREE shipping.

For international:

  • DiggerLid use Australia Post & DHL at their discretion
  • Orders below $249 AUD are calculated by live shipping rates based on weight at checkout.
  • EXPRESS shipping is available at checkout and calculated by live shipping rates based on weight.
  • Orders over $249 AUD are awarded the option of FREE shipping.
  • DiggerLid DO NOT cover any customs duties VAT or tariffs. This will be charged upon import by your country of import (seperate to DiggerLid and beyond our control).
  • Returned parcels as a result of failure to pay your countries import duties, VAT or tariffs will result in a 10% restocking fee upon return/ refund
  • Our international shipping terms are DAP
  • DAP (Delivery - At - Place) is an internationally recognised shipping term. The seller is responsible for supplying the goods and shipping to the agreed delivery place (shipping address). The buyer is responsible for import clearance and formalities including payment of duties, taxes VAT or tariffs if applicable.
